There’s over 150 pages packed with tables, numbers and notes. But, in addition to financial information there’s also a clear customer perspective. SEB is publishing its annual report today and a customer relationship theme cuts across the entire publication.
The theme is obvious already on the cover with a picture of Kätlin Kruusoja, client executive at SEB in Tallinn, together with Raul Kaljuraid, co-owner and board member in the Ferroline Group in Estonia. This is only one of the customer cases highlighted in the annual report and annual review.
