6/8/2011 10:08:00 AM

The net difference between those expecting house prices in Sweden to rise and those expecting them to fall over the coming year declined to +29 in June from +36 last month, the lowest level since March this year. While households have become less optimistic on house prices the indicator remains stable within the range that has prevailed since summer 2009 and remains at levels signalling rising prices.
