The festal evening took place in the tiny and charming piano hall at the old town of Vilnius. The 20 awarded employees, present and former managers of SEB and some of the very first employees, who started to work at SEB 20 years ago, gathered in the hall, accompanied by music and sand art projection.
The very first steps of the bank, small from today’s point of view, but quite significant in the beginning of the 90’s were: the first Visa Classic credit card, the first ATM, the first international audit and the first international rating in Lithuania. Later on, the bank have received the highest international rankings and awards for service quality as well as the titles of Best employer and Most respected company in the country.
“During all these years, SEB Lithuania has steadily kept on moving forward. I thank all colleagues for being such a strong team of professionals. My wish, for all of us, is that we keep the spirit we share today”, said Raimondas Kvedaras, head of SEB Lithuania.
