SEB Latvia has joined Mentor organization and now is one of 5 SEB countries who take part to promote the health and well-being of children and young people and to reduce damage to their lives. Together with Estonia, SEB Latvia has joined this organization on January 2010 and now is attracting employees to this program.
“We want to give young people opportunities to stay away from drugs. This work is preventative and means forging relationships and building up trust. At the same time, we want to give our employees the opportunity of meeting and getting to know teenagers and their needs. We know that this is very enriching,” says Anna Löfgren project manager of Mentor in SEB. "The collaboration is based on SEB’s fundamental values. This means that we get involved in important issues - with a long-term approach and with respect for each other.”
