"Riho's strong personal characteristics and his determination to develop the seb franchise in estonia will serve him and the bank well in running our bank in estonia. I am delighted that we have a ceo that comes from within our company and riho has proven to be a highly efficient and capable leader", said Martin Johansson, head of the Baltic division.
“With the Estonian economy expected to emerge from recession and the country expected to adopt the euro in 2011, banks should make a contribution to secure future growth and assist both individuals and organisations in their financial issues. SEB has overcome difficult years with good capital buffers and we look forward to becoming more competitive in Estonia by providing new and innovative services to clients,“ says Unt.
